Transport in less than an hour – good for animals, climate and quality
Regionality does not end at our farm gate. She accompanies our animals every step of the way – even during transport. Because we work exclusively with regional partner farmers in the immediate vicinity of our site, transport never takes more than an hour.
This has several advantages: the animals remain calm, stress is avoided and the meat quality remains consistently high. At the same time, the short distances reduce CO₂ emissions – a plus point for our climate.
