In the interest of farm animals, for the preservation of our farms, for the protection of land and in the interest of consumers of high-quality food, gourmetfein has clearly rejected industrial raw material and food production for years. To ensure that both consumers and our retail partners can be sure that everything is done correctly at gourmetfein, we decided in May 2020 to go one step further with an affidavit.

“Anyone who makes an affidavit risks serious legal consequences if he does not keep his promises. I have therefore decided to take on this personal liability because I want to send out an unmistakable signal: At Gourmetfein, the owner himself stands by what the company claims. We only process the goods from our partner farmers, not a single kilo comes from abroad. We don’t offer anonymous goods from nowhere, but quality products with a clear origin and a transparent history. Not 15 or 20 percent, but 100 percent. On all gourmetfein products, the partner farmers who supplied the animal for it are written on it. That’s what sets us apart from everyone else.”
