Our responsibility begins with the farmer and ends only with the moment of enjoyment. That’s why we work with a closed value chain that covers every step in Austria – from raising the animals to feeding and keeping them to processing.

This way we make sure that you always know where your product comes from and who is behind it. This proximity creates trust, short distances and traceable quality – without any detours via international supply chains.

Together with our partner farmers, we secure the entire production in the country. This means no purchasing of meat outside of our value chain, no anonymous intermediaries.

Our closed value chain means that we keep an eye on all steps ourselves – from fodder cultivation and animal husbandry to processing and delivery. This gives us the opportunity to ensure the highest quality standards and to act quickly when there is room for improvement. Our partner farmers are at the heart of this value chain. Many of them have been supplying us for years – with regional feed and meat from animal-friendly husbandry. Together, we continue to develop agriculture, pay attention to sustainability and short distances. This means that the entire value chain remains in the country and in our hands.

The meat of our partner farmers is processed directly in our company in Michaelnbach – without long transports or intermediate storage. Here we combine craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee the highest quality. Each batch is traceable back to the farm where the animal grew up.
