We are the first company in our industry to produce our entire product range 100% GMO-free. We consistently avoid soy from rainforest areas – not a single tree from the “green lung” is cleared for our feed. Around 80% of the feed comes directly from our partner farmers, the rest from strictly controlled European sources. This is how we create sustainability that you can taste.
No flavour enhancers – natural flavour counts
Our quality is created from the best meat and natural spices – not from artificial additives. That’s why we deliberately avoid flavour enhancers. The entire range is 100% glutamate-free, so you can enjoy our specialties with a clear conscience – even if you are intolerant to glutamate.
No artificial colours – natural colour, real enjoyment
Our products do not require color correction. The appetizing color is created naturally by the high-quality ingredients and the gentle processing. Artificial colours have no place with us – because real taste doesn’t need tricks.

No thickeners – pure ingredients, honest consistency
Thickeners are often used to change consistency. We deliberately refrain from doing so. In our products you will not find thickeners, but only high-quality meat in whole cuts – so the natural character of each product is preserved.
Gluten-free – enjoyment without compromise
Our products do not contain gluten. Because we work exclusively with fresh meat in whole cuts, we do not need any binding agents or flour additives. This means that even people with gluten intolerance can enjoy our specialties without any worries.
Lactose-free – naturally tolerated
All products are lactose-free – naturally due to the long maturation of the cheese used. This creates the finest specialties that offer full flavor without putting a strain on the body.

Our partner farmers work in harmony with nature and focus on long-term thinking instead of short-term yields. Healthy soils, natural crop rotation and the careful use of resources are the focus of her work. This is how agriculture remains sustainable – for people, animals and the environment.
Climate champion
We are significantly reducing our CO₂ emissions through short transport routes and regional cycles. The production of our products produces around 50% fewer emissions – for real enjoyment with a clear conscience.
Short transport routes
Our animals never travel more than an hour of transport time. This has been proven to reduce stress and has a positive effect on animal welfare and meat quality. Short distances also mean lower CO₂ emissions – a plus for the climate and the environment.
