To ensure that both consumers and our retail partners can be absolutely certain, we submitted an affidavit in May 2020. Specifically, in the person of owner Fritz Floimayr, who now personally vouches for the accuracy of the origin information on gourmetfein products and for the fact that gourmetfein exclusively processes beef and pork from partner farmers. This important step is also intended to make it clear that we not only meet the AMA standards regarding GMO-free feed, guaranteed traceability, and transport criteria, but far exceed them.
