Our food starts where responsibility and passion are at home – on selected farms in Austria. Our partner farming families work with great respect for nature and animals and live our philosophy day after day. For us, they are not suppliers, but real partners at eye level, whose work forms the basis for our quality and regionality.

The entire value chain from the rearing and keeping of the animals to processing takes place in the region. In order to secure 100% of the raw material supply from Austria, we have joined forces with 46 pig farmers and around 160 cattle farmers, who supply their meat exclusively to gourmetfein. This enables us to actively develop the cultivation of the fields as well as the keeping of the animals in a sustainable way with our farmers.
