Chili Leberkäse Ciabatta with egg and spinach

Zutaten

1 ciabatta
4 slices gourmet fine chili meatloaf
4 bell pepper slices
8 tbsp paprika salsa
4 poached egg
spinach leaves

Zubereitung

Cut the ciabatta into 4 equal pieces and cut in half. Toast briefly in a pan or on the grill. Drape the pepper slices on the lower half and place the hot slice of chilli meatloaf on top.Lightly marinate the spinach with vinegar and oil and place on top. Finally, place the poached egg as if in a nest and pierce it.
Cover with a lid and enjoy warm.
