Colorful salad with veal sausage meatloaf

500 g veal sausage meatloaf
1 red onion
1 clove
of garlic 1/2 bunch radishes
100 g pickles
100 g red bell pepper
1 tbsp sweet mustard/white sausage mustard
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp oil
1 bunch chives
4 (small) pretzels
salt and pepper
Zubereitung
Cut the veal sausage meatloaf into bite-sized pieces, peel the onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Fry the white sausage, onion and garlic with a little oil in a pan until the meatloaf is browned all over.
Cut the radishes and gherkins into slices and the peppers into strips. Wash and dry the chives and cut into fine rings. Put everything in a bowl.Whisk together the sweet mustard, vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix the salad with the marinade.
Cut the pretzels into bite-sized pieces and roast the pieces in a pan. Mix the roasted pretzel pieces into the white sausage salad just before eating so that they don’t soak up too much moisture.
