Crispy Pork Belly Gröstl

Zutaten

400 g gourmet pork belly
20 green pimento1 spring onion
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves garlic
200 ml water

Zubereitung

Cut the pork belly into thin strips, put it in a saucepan with garlic, soy sauce and water and simmer slowly until the liquid has boiled away. Then fry in the deep fryer or in the fat until crispy. Fry the sliced pimentos and spring onion in a pan with oil. Mix with the pork belly, season with salt and pepper and serve.
