Potato Meatloaf Pan

Zutaten
– 1x 500 g gourmetfein Mini Party Block Classic
– 750 g potatoes
– 100 g cabbage sprouts
– 4 tbsp oil
– salt & pepper
– 50 g fresh spinach
– 4 eggs (optional for fried egg)
Zubereitung
Cut the meatloaf into bite-sized pieces. Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 30 minutes. Clean the sprouts, cut them in half crosswise and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. Then cut the potatoes into slices.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the meatloaf in it. Add the potatoes and sprouts and fry. Season with salt, pepper and fresh herbs to taste.
The meatloaf potato pan can optionally be served with a fried egg. To do this, fry four eggs in a pan, season to taste and garnish with spinach on top of meat loaf and potato.
